Sample Session

Dog: Luna
Breed: Golden Retriever
Owner: Sarah Mitchell
Session: #3
Type: Private Lesson
Environment: Outdoor Park
RecallLeash SkillsImpulse Control

Notes: Luna's recall has improved significantly since Session 1 — she's now responding at 15-20 feet with moderate distractions. Practiced emergency recall with a long line near the playground area. She broke twice when a squirrel crossed our path but recovered quickly with redirection. Loose leash walking is much more consistent — only pulled toward other dogs twice during our 30-minute session. Owner Sarah practiced "leave it" with high-value treats and did an excellent job with her timing. Homework from last session (threshold work near the dog park fence) is showing clear results. Ready to begin off-leash recall in the enclosed field next session.
